Product Introduction

The XQV BJM15 dead end flat anchorage is extruded by the GYJ extruder. The extrusion sleeve deforms plastically to grip the steel strand securely. The strand’s tension is transferred to the concrete component through the extrusion sleeve and a special bearing plate, with an anchoring efficiency coefficient of approximately 95% — ensuring reliable prestress effectiveness.

The P‑type flat anchor has a flat shape, with smaller dimensions in one direction compared to other anchors. It is ideal for space‑constrained component ends, reducing structural thickness and excelling in space‑sensitive areas. The design distributes stress uniformly, overcoming the issue of concentrated prestress in group anchor systems, enhancing mechanical performance and minimizing stress‑induced damage.

Embedded directly into concrete, it is tensioned after the concrete reaches design strength. With simple construction and good compatibility with tensioning end anchors, it streamlines the overall prestressing process.
