The CS / NS series electric strand pusher is designed for fast and reliable threading of prestressed steel strands through ducts in bridge, high‑rise building, and viaduct construction. The machine uses mechanical transmission and roller clamping, allowing forward, reverse, continuous or jogging operation. With a frequency conversion control system, the pushing speed is adjustable from 1 to 80 m/min, enabling either low‑speed high‑torque or high‑speed high‑throughput operation.
Both CS15‑4 and NS19‑6‑25A can achieve a curved pushing length up to 200 m, covering all types of bridge components (cast‑in‑place, prefabricated, suspended scaffolding, cable‑stayed, arch, etc.). The patented double‑pushing‑channel design and large‑diameter wear‑resistant pressure roller system ensure accessory life three times longer than comparable products, preventing construction delays.
